Client was charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor and public intoxication. A conviction could have been career-ending. Client quickly sought Ms. Carmichael's legal representation and the two began developing an intense mitigation case as well as further investigation into defenses. After extensive negotiations and a lot of hard work on the part of her client, Ms. Carmichael was able to convince the prosecutor to reduce the charge to a career-saving conviction of reckless driving.
