MILITARY LAWYERS

Active-duty service members, unlike civilians, are governed by the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and therefore have special legal needs.  These clients require lawyers well-versed in their unique situations. If you are a military service member being investigated or charged with a crime, contact Carmichael Ellis & Brock, PLLC, right away to consult with an experienced attorney who will aggressively defend you and protect your rights, and your career.

THE RIGHT LAWYERS

The lawyers at Carmichael Ellis & Brock, PLLC, are committed to defending military service members and veterans.  Yancey Ellis is a former Marine Corps JAG and was named Military Defense Counsel of the Year for the Western United States in 2009.  He continues to serve as a reserve JAG, teaching trial skills to other JAG lawyers.  Jessica Carmichael, a military spouse who has personally been through overseas deployments, has defended military officers in court, and assisted veterans. We care about you, your family, and the effect any investigation or charge has on your career and your long-term goals.
