How do I hire you to be my lawyer?

703-684-7908

Get in touch with us through the website here, or give us a call at 703-684-7908, to set up an appointment.  We will discuss what happened, your injuries, what evidence is out there, and any witnesses.  We will also discuss whether we think you have a case or whether there needs to be more investigation.  Plan to bring:

  • your driver's license,
  • any photographs you have taken of the scene of the collision or of your injuries,
  • a list of your treating healthcare providers,
  • any medical records or bills you have accumulated, and
  • your insurance declarations page that shows your insurance coverage.

After meeting with you and reviewing the materials you brought, we will determine if we think you have a case, if we are the best fit to represent you, and if we will require an advance toward expenses of litigation.  If so, we will draw up the representation agreement for you to consider.  If it is acceptable to you, and you sign and return it to us, our attorney-client relationship will begin.

What Happens Now?

If you are incarcerated, we will contact you in the jail where you are held, and we will remain in contact throughout the pendency of your case. If you are able to come in to the office, we will ask you to come meet in person as soon as possible. Our approach to defense is zealous, organized, and fast-paced, and we look forward to helping you.
