Comm v. M. S. - Two Felony Grand Larceny, one petty larceny. Reduced to trespass - no jail time

Client, a hard-working mother and wife was charged with two felony grand larceny and one petty larceny charges. Client also faced serious immigration consequences from a potential conviction. Ms. Carmichael recommended a series of steps to mitigate client's case, and client worked tirelessly to follow these recommendations. Meanwhile, Ms. Carmichael also engaged in her own investigation, and coordinated with the prosecutor and law enforcement. Ultimately, Ms. Carmichael was able to present information to the prosecutor, who agreed to reduce client's charges to one trespassing conviction and no jai time, and thereby avoid a felony conviction as well as the grave immigration effects of any type of larceny charge.
