CASE RESULT:  Prosecutor moved to dismiss without prejudice. 

Client called the police after being assaulted by her husband. The police officers believed the husband's story and charged the client with domestic assault. After investigating the case, and gathering texts, emails, and pictures to show husband was lying, prosecutor did not go forward with the case.
