Commonwealth v. K.G.: Drugs and Guns: DISMISSED

Client was charged with seven firearm counts, and a possession with intent to distribute cocaine count.  After almost eight months of investigation, challenges, and court appearances, the case was DISMISSED, enabling client to avoid any conviction on his record, a potential probation violation, and keep his job.

What Happens Now?

If you are incarcerated, we will contact you in the jail where you are held, and we will remain in contact throughout the pendency of your case.
