Zachary has represented individuals facing some of the most serious criminal allegations, including international terrorism, hostage-taking, fraud, cybercrime, drug conspiracies, malicious wounding, murder, sexual assault, and other violent felonies. He also represents clients in misdemeanor and traffic matters, including domestic assault and battery, reckless driving, DWI, petit larceny, and public intoxication.

Before joining Carmichael Ellis & Brock, Zachary practiced with respected criminal litigation firms, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels.
