United States v. B.A. - misdemeanor possession of marijuana on Pentagon DISMISSED

Client was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana on the Pentagon reservation. Client hired Carmichael Ellis & Brock prior to the initial appearance in court. After receiving the evidence and engaging in a thorough review, and with additional defense investigation, Ms. Carmichael immediately began negotiating with the prosecutor. The next day, the day of the initial appearance in federal court, the prosecutor moved to dismiss the charge against client.
