Commonwealth v. J.D. - Counterfeiting and Marijuana - DISMISSED

July 2015

Client was subject to a traffic stop, whereupon marijuana was found in his vehicle and on his person. During the search, counterfeit currency was also recovered. Client was charged with felony counterfeiting and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.  Harris & Carmichael aggressively defended this case and all charges were eventually DISMISSED.

What Happens Now?
