Commonwealth v. E.- DUI DISMISSED after successful motion to suppress

Client was charged with a first time DUI after being stopped for defective equipment. The prosecutor refused to reduce the charge. Ms. Carmichael analyzed the case from all angles, meticulously researching the Virginia statutes and case-law that could potentially provide relief. After vigorously arguing a motion to suppress, the Judge ruled in favor of the defense, and the charge was DISMISSED.
