Commonwealth v. C.Y. (underage possession of alcohol)

Outcome: DISMISSED and EXPUNGED

Client charged with underage possession of alcohol.  After fierce negotiations with prosecutor, case was dismissed.  Ms. Carmichael went back to court following the dismissal and had the charge expunged from client's record.

What Happens Now?

If you are incarcerated, we will contact you in the jail where you are held, and we will remain in contact throughout the pendency of your case.
