CASE RESULT- Comm v. B.W. - Bench trial, FOUND NOT GUILTY

Client was accused of assaulting her roommate by hitting him repeatedly with a heavy object. Evidence at trial included testimony of multiple witnesses and photographs of alleged injuries at the hospital.  Harris & Carmichael vigorously defended her innocence at a bench trial, arguing self-defense.  In a win for justice, the judge found B.W. NOT GUILTY!
